CORPORATES
The purpose of the project was to study and suggests the desired changes in the organizational culture. Our team worked on first five best branches of Maharashtra State, selected by the client to bring more efficiency in their performance. The complete schedule was an amalgamation of Psychological mapping and Mentor Development programs. We helped and mentored territory manager and nine branch managers respectively so that they could carry the trainings down the line. Similar programs were designed and conducted for the branch managers and team leaders of every branch in Dhule and Jalgaon region.
We conducted a Mentor Development program for Ambuja Cement Ltd. The major focus of this program was to enhance the skill-set of their trainers of Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI). Another program that we have conducted for Ambuja Cement Employees was on employability skills Enhancement program. It was done for 30 trainers of SEDI who conduct training on different trades for people from tribal area.
Our team and Founder director, Ms. Todkar, worked on a project “Gender Friendliness of Maharashtra Police‟ for the police personnel of Maharashtra Police. This project was carried out under the able guidance of IPS officer Dr. Meeran Borwankar, Director General, Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D). The primary objective of the project was to study the satisfaction level of women police officers of the state of Maharashtra with their work environment and work culture at the police station level. For the same we designed and developed a series of parameters in the form of questionnaire and psychometric tools that could be universally applied to all police organizations, to conduct further such projects.
We have designed and developed a special tool called as “Interest Test” for an N.G.O. S.A.F. who is handles the projects of State Government of Maharashtra in the said area. They have administered this test on 160,000 students who were in 10th Standard. The purpose of this test was to find the career interest of every student and guide them accordingly to choose the right field of their choice for further studies.

Employability Skills Enhancement Program has been conducted in various IT sector Companies by our enabler ,Ms. Anjali Atre. Our clients’ include IBM facility at Magarpatta, Accenture at Hinjewadi and Jll Corporate office in Pune and Mumbai. The objective of these training programs was to enhance the employability skills of the employees at the mid-managerial level. The focus was on developing the right attitude and right culture in the organization. The Employability skills to be discussed in these trainings were picked by the clients as per their need and then the customized program was delivered to the employees.

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Ms. Todkar is presently working on development of Personality Tests for students at Pune University under the guidance of Prof. Dr. B. R. Shejwal. As mentioned the existing test are targeted towards the Indian population. To suit the needs of our target audience we are developing these tests and tools in Marathi for Marathi population.

Ms. Todkar is handling a counseling cell at JSPM, Narhe Campus for the Engineering students. This is under the program “One on One Counseling Cell”. The objective of this program is to relate to today’s youth, their issues and aspirations. It provides a patient and compassionate ear to their problems and possible solutions are recommended to them.
Since 2010 working with SIMC, Pune, on their admission panel. The objective is screening of students in the admission process. At the time of admission process we analyze person fit for course through psychological tools. Every year we evaluate 500-600 students for monitoring purpose. We are developing a personality profile which will give a possible fit between the aspiring candidates and the chosen course.
Campus to Corporate Programs in various Engineering and Management Colleges, JSPM group of Institutions, Sinhagad Group of Institutions, Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, D.Y. Patil College of Management, Bharati Vidyapeeth’s IMED college and K.K. Wagh college Nashik. This program was conducted in 8 colleges in Kolhapur and 2 colleges in Solapur. The objective of this training program is to make the students aware about the selection process followed by the industry during campus drives. The students are trained on Aptitude , GD and Interview facing Skills.
Employability Skills Enhancement Program at RIIM-Arihant college of Management Studies. The program focuses on making the students employable along with being educated. Training sessions are conducted on topics such as Effective Communication Skills, Accountability and Ownership skills, Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills, Team building and Leadership Skills.
