Yogita Todkar Founder Director
Yogita, an outgoing personality with experience of more than 9+ years in the field of Psychology and Human Resource. Her body of work includes mentoring aspirants for personal growth, training young adults on management and behavioral skills, psychometric testing for personality traits, EQ/IQ and aptitudinal skills. She gives/monitors personal counseling and group counseling of all her clients. She is passionate about her work and loves solitude as much as she enjoys her long drives and conversation with people from different walks of life. Yogita, indulges a lot in networking and is amicable and forth-coming. She is a post graduate in Psychology from Pune University. Her cliental include human resource from Corporates and Educational Institutions.
Dr. Bhaskar R. Shejwal
(Former. Professor and HOD, Psychology Pune University)
Dr. Shejwal is M.A. PhD in Psychology from Pune University and is currently associated with IQAC, Pune as Expert Advisor. He has been teaching in the University of Pune for the last 29 yrs. The major subjects taught by him includes Statistical Methods and Psychological Testing, Personality, Motivation and Emotion, Personnel Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Development and Organisation Development. He has also conducted lectures with various Management Institutes on subjects like Industrial Psychology, Organization Behaviour and Human Resource.
He has done his research in the field of Personality and Stress.
Dr. Shejwal has published 25 research papers in national and international journals related to the said topics in national and international conferences. He has been a guide to around 10 students in their PhD process. He is a member of many renowned institutions in the field of human resource and has worked as an interview and examiner’s panel member at UPSC level.
Dr. Shejwal is one of the strong pillars of “Manolaya” and under his guidance we have been able to develop and enhance our training content. He has been a constant source of inspiration and motivation to us.
B.K Sethu Madhavan
A trainer turned entrepreneur with 30 years of extensive experience has a history of successful implementations of road safety projects and concepts, Skill development and integrated fleet management systems, across industry, Government and NGO’s.
An MBA from Institute of Management Technology, has demonstrated history of corporate management and business vision execution, while providing high-quality guidance to stakeholders and facilitating efficient business operations.
Prior to being a Founder and CEO of Greenarrows, he has been in leadership roles with IRTE, Hubert Ebner India, BSA Group, Windscreen and Armed Force.
Mr.B. K. Sethu Madhavan has a key role with Manolaya. And we are a active partner of his organization.
Mr. Ashutosh Parvate
Ashutosh, is a Lawyer, turned into a Management Consultant, turned into an Entrepreneur. While working in Indian Startup Ecosystem, he has worked with prestigious institutes, like IIT’s (Mumbai, Chennai, Kharagpur), VJTI, Nirma Iniversity (Ahmedabad), and many more, as a Judge & Mentor for their National Level Startup/Business Model Development/Entrepreneurship Competitions. He’s a Registered Mentor with Startup India since 2018, and is currently working as a Guiding Mentor at MIDAS School of Entrepreneurship at Pune. MIDAS is one of its kind institute dedicated purely for Entrepreneurship Studies, helping young minds, in developing their skillsets & mind-sets, either for the family businesses or startups.
Ashutosh works as a fundraiser as well, and has global pool of about 150+ VC’s & PE’s. His interests are in Ed. Tech, Sports Tech., Media & Entertainment segments typically.
Ashutosh wishes to pursue Ph.D in Entrepreneurship & Fundraising.
Mr. Lalit Kumar
Mr. Lalit Kumar is an Engineer in the field of Production and is currently associated with JSPM College of Engineering as Training and Placement Officer. He has a previous experience of more than 10 years in the field of technical sales and was associated with multinational companies of the said field.
In his recent tenure as TPO, he was closely associated with the learning and development activities conducted by the college for their engineering students. He organized many seminars and workshops of industry experts for the students to give them the practical knowledge of the industry expectations from fresh engineers. He acted as a catalyst between the industry and the students and mentored them to get placed in reputed organizations.
Mr. Lalit has helped us is developing our content related to institutional training and his in-depth and hands-on experience in the said field is a guiding force for our team. His inputs on current industrial scenario and job market have helped us shape our workshops in a more inter-active way which is always liked by the students.
